At Alaska Vein Care, excellence in patient care and cleanliness are taken very seriously. As concerns surrounding COVID-19 continue, we maintain confidence in our procedures and quality of care.
Safe Environment For Treatment:
Alaska Vein Care operates in a private setting and only treats vein patients. No patient with flu-like symptoms, or any other illness, enters our clinic seeking treatment. We are not an urgent care facility and do not share space with other medical providers.
We also perform treatments in our own in-office procedure rooms that are cleaned meticulously before and after each appointment. Since we are not in a hospital or surgery center where people may suffer from a wide range of illnesses, the risk of any virus being passed is extremely limited.
Our staff is wearing masks and actively screening our patients and asking those that have any symptoms to disclose them. If a patient has experienced any symptoms of illness, we make sure they receive the necessary medical attention and follow the appropriate procedure before entering our clinic. Only after being cleared by a doctor, are symptomatic patients allowed to enter our facilities.
Keeping Care Affordable:
We also understand that some may be facing financial strain due to current events. We believe that everyone should have access to the medical care they need regardless of financial status. In response to this belief, we have always offered the best self-pay rates, and payment plans are available. We will continue providing this option for the thousands of Alaskans who have, and will continue to trust us with their health.
